We strive to make Perry that expresses the best qualities of the Asian pears that we grow. We carefully control fermentation to preserve some of the natural sweetness, use 100% juice pressed at our winery and do not add sugar or flavorings. It is also naturally gluten-free. Yes, we are purists.

Our Perry and Cider is currently available a select specialty shops and restaurants in Vashon, Seattle and Tacoma. Of course, you can always call or stop by the Orchard on Vashon for a taste, tour and pick-up. We are adding new locations every month.

Serving Our Perry
For the best experience, keep cool and serve chilled similar to white wine. We do not filter or pasteurize our Perry, which may result in a small amount of natural sediment in the bottle. This is normal. We recommend that you pour it into a wine glass and enjoy.
